Good Stuff Thrift

It’s sad this used to be a nice place i would recommend this place often not anymore the workers are rude especially the older woman with glasses at the counter extremely rude and the prices have just gone way to high for a place that flips donations I appreciate you wanting to call but what’s the point a lot of the reviews are the same so nothing has changed and from the sounds of it are only getting worse there are better places that actually try not to flip their donations and most of the staff are as rude as they are i do wanna say most of the counter women are great but that older woman with the glasses is rude every time i have ever been in there if she’s not complaining about something or rolling her eyes at someone she’s on the phone and quite frankly it’s the main reason i won’t be returning

One of the nicest thrift stores I have ever visited. Clean and purposeful store layout, carefully designed furnishings and decor, and great merchandise, you will be able to find just about anything! The store resembles a higher-end boutique, in merchandise, tablescapes and decor, even featuring a silent-auction. The staff is friendly and courteous and if they don’t know something, they will find someone who does. Importantly, they are an authentic non-profit, dedicated to serving the community, in both practice and profit. Great place to stop in and support the local community.

The young lady who rang me out is a horrible human being. I collect cheap watches, and will on occasion stop in this store to see what they have. This morning I went there with my wife, and found something I wanted and had the attendant put it aside for me while I continued shopping. All is well so far. After walking around for a bit I got inline and when I got to the front the cashier (not the same as the person who got the watch from the case) got the watch and rang me out. $26.50. I happened to have 30ish dollars in cash on me that I didn't want in my wallet (I try to keep as little in there as possible). I have exactly $32. I figured I would try to get a 5 back instead of having a bunch of 1's. In my head I thought $26, I'll give her $31. Oops! The girl hands me back $4.50 in change. I pause (for no more then a half a second) expecting a 5 back. I quickly realized my mistake, for which I was incredibly embarrassed. I said "Oh! I messed that up didn't I". Her only reply was a loud "Yeah, you did mess that up." Making sure my wife and everyone around was aware of my mistake. By that response, she obviously knew I was trying to get a 5 back. I was so embarrassed all I could say was "I had the extra dollar" and quickly turned and walked away. No "thank you", no "have a nice day", only "you messed up". I am a cashier and understand people are always trying to get one over on you and maybe she thought I was doing that. But a simple "Did you mean to give me 32?" solves the problem. If I'm trying to scam you, you've called me out and I'm forces to pony up the dollar or take the change, and if it's an honest mistake I correct it and no one is worse the ware. But she insisted on embarrassing me, making an already anxious moment even worse.

This was the 1st thrift store I'd ever walked into since moving here 4 years ago. We don't have a lot of money and I hate paying full price for things we'll only use a short time (baby clothes, toys, and stuff like that). The workers there tell me often they can't believe how big my son has gotten. I was pregnant when I first walked into this store. And the young women working the counter have watched my boy grow from a bump on my belly, to a wild 3 year old who now helps put the toys on the counter and tells them bye bye... this store is so cute, organized, and the workers are what really keep me coming back. Thank you to those amazing workers we love yall to pieces.

I have been donating to the Fairless Hills location for months now, doing a house clean out. Unfortunately today was a terrible experience. A guy named Steve was the rudest person I ever met. He refused one perfectly good item with some lame excuse why, and questioned me unnecessarily on another item. He is not a good rep for a normally kind location

Wow! This store in Fairless Hills is awesome. Great prices. Well stocked and organized. I am currently renting a place in Newtown, that lacks a lot of things for the kitchen. I will only be here a month and I do not want to invest a lot of money. I went to Goodstuff in Fairless Hills today. They are wonderful. I got so many things I need for the very good price. Before I visited the store, I visited two other thrift stores within a mile of Goodstuff but still in Fairless Hills. . Prices were way too high.I was able to get the same things for 50 % less! Thank you Goodstuff. I have visited their other store in Doylestown. It is more expensive but still good prices, just not the inexpensive things I need. I don’t need designer clothes, just some basics.
